History

Delmarva Fisheries Association, Inc. is a section 501(c)(6) fisheries trade association. In January 2016, we organized and became a legal not-for-profit, tax exempt entity.

DFA is affiliated with Southeastern Fisheries Association (SFA). SFA was organized in 1952 and has thrived as a representative of the seafood industry in the southeast region of the U.S.

DFA is also a proud member of the New England Fishermen Stewardship Association (NEFSA).
